11May07 - He's finally gone. No more 7 grand hairdos for her indoors paid for by the taxpayer. Will the next one be any different? Will BlairForce One pop up on eBay?

10May07 – We plan to offer trees and plants for sale off the website in time for the Autumn planting season.

Quercus ilex - Holm Oak or Holly Oak: an evergreen oak, which makes a fabulous hedge or a magnificent specimen tree.

Quercus robur - English Oak: the classic oak tree.

Pinus pinaster - Maritime Pine: grown on the continent as a shelter belt tree in sandy dunes, but also a major source of Turpentine Oil - see the picture on our home page.

Acer platinoides – Norway Maple: the “Crimson King” variety,  with a flush of yellow flowers from chocolate buds in the spring, followed by deep reddish purple leaves and  red winged seeds.

Juglans regia – the common Walnut: a slow growing majestic tree, eventually giving a crop of edible nuts, and valuable timber.

Plus flowering cherries, almonds, crab apples, and some unusual evergreens and conifers.

All of these grown, mostly from our own seed,  in Rootrainers and/or Air-Pots for a strong, established root system, and minimal set back when planting out. Check out their websites for more information.

Rootrainers – www.ronaash.co.uk

Air-pots – www.superoots.com
